Manager was not friendly or obliging. Other staff members were fine.

We were booked into smoking rooms and wanted non smoking, manager was just not going to accommodate us, very short and nasty attitude. Luckily we arrived ahead of schedule and purchased extra day, at high price, and attendant, didn't get her name, did switch us to non smoking rooms which was very helpful to us. She was so nice and friendly. Next day or so had issues with printer and manager again was snippy and nasty. Oh, and by the way, the computer service did not work on my own laptop until the day before we were leaving. Again, no help with that. ...read more

Staff at the front desk and those who served breakfast was very nice and helpful.
The continental breakfast could be more expensive.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice bed. I would stay there again.

Know indoor pool.

The view was nice and it was located close to where we wanted to be and not a lot of traffic around the hotel.

Staff was very helpful at check in, and giving extended check-out (a problem sometimes.) Pool was small but heated, but there is no fitness room.

Close to Interstate, clean, spacious rooms, nice beds and linens, indoor pool.
Occupants of room beneath us could hear our footsteps too easily. They complained.

Conveniently located near expressway - very friendly, helpful staff - they gave us recommendations for restaurants and helped with directions - also gave us directions to a movie theatre and helped us connect to the internet when we had difficulty - rooms are spacious and clean - overall a good value. ...read more
